Double components,black or red liquid,low viscosity,added appropriate anhydrous solvent further diluted,
suitable for the manual brush coating,generate elastic rubber after curing,with strong bonding force to the substrates,
high strength,water resistant,abrasion resistant,aging resistant.can be preparation of the elastomer of various hardness
and mechanical performance index according to users’ requirements.Mainly used in the preparation of abrasion resistant
rubber coating on the surface of various equipment,or do the thicken repairing on the surface of worn-out rubber layer.Such as the preparation of wear resistant rubber lining on the following equipment surface or do
the surface repairing and regeneration: valve,pipeline,elbow,concentric reducer,roller of magnetic separator,flotation tank,

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the rust cleaning and coarsening processing on the pending-repair part,then clean it by cleaning agent or do the brush coating with special first coat based on users’ requirements.

2.For the workpiece which brushed coating or sprayed coating with first coat, you can’t do the next operation
until the first coat curing

3.Configuration:Make the A and B two components mix uniformly according to the specified mass ratio.

4.Brush coating:Make the mixed-up material be brush coating on the surface of the equipment.

5.Curing: it can be put into using based on curing for 72 hours at room temperature

Storage:
This material is the general chemical,should pay attention to water resistance and fire prevention in the process
of transportation and storage.Stored in the cool and dry place,the warranty period is 6 months.

Packaging specification:
Two-component,25Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.
